Ss7 means signaling system 7
 In easy language its a system  in service providers system  which helps users with protocols
 ‎eg. If u wanna text someone then here who and how will receive ur text is handled by ss7...
 ‎if you call someone in that case it calculates things like when u called ,ur call durations and even the charge is gandled by ss7..

A german guy(researcher) karsten nohl working for a service provider found loopholes in ss7   system and  acknowledged companies with this attack that a hacker can use this attack to steal ur information and data he showed a practice in 60 minutes and put this front of world

In simple it works almost like man in the middle attack. ....
The hackers breakdown  direct connection between system and user (victim) and establish a new bridge in a way that the data will first come to hackers and then it'll reflect  to victim.....

And just that i wanted u to knw that u cant just do it on your own .. .
Ull need to be a professional hacker,a good team,and a server..
Cuz in here ur not attacking a single system but  you are attacking a service provider its not something like wifi HACKING that anyone xan do it...
